To meet specific customer requirements, we offer a structured customization workflow:

  • Artwork Confirmation

    Customers provide AI or PDF artwork files along with product specifications. Based on the provided information, we prepare a digital proof for customer confirmation, followed by color separation and layout preparation.

  • Quotation

    Based on the product specifications provided by the customer, we prepare a quotation.

  • Sampling and Production

    After the customer places an order, we produce samples to confirm colors and specifications. Once approved, we proceed with mass production.

  • Inspection and Delivery

    After production is completed, our quality inspectors conduct product inspections. Customers may also participate in the inspection if desired. Once the products pass inspection and shipment is confirmed by the customer, the goods will be delivered.

    We have invested RMB 13.8 million in Phase I and operate on a 15,000 m² site. Our production line features:
    • 1 blown film machine
    • 1 ten-color printing machine
    • 1 dry laminating machine
    • 1 solvent-free laminating machine (imported from Nordmeccanica, Italy)
    • 1 Lingyun inspection machine
    • 5 bag-making machines
    • 1 Kesheng high-speed slitter
    These state-of-the-art facilities enable us to achieve high production efficiency, superior print quality, and reliable product consistency.
