Custom corrugated cartons are manufactured to the customer's specified internal dimensions, board construction, and structural configuration, providing a transport and storage packaging solution engineered to protect primary packaged goods through the full distribution chain from production facility to end destination. Flute profile and board grade are selected based on the compressive strength, cushioning, and weight requirements of the specific product and pallet configuration — no standard construction is assumed without first understanding the application.

Single-wall, double-wall, and triple-wall constructions are available to match the load-bearing and stacking requirements of the application, with box compression strength validated against the stacking loads experienced in the customer's warehouse and logistics environment. Moisture-resistant board grades are available for products distributed through refrigerated or humid environments where standard corrugated board would lose compressive strength.

Print on the corrugated surface is available using flexographic or digital printing for brand identification, handling instructions, regulatory labeling, and logistics barcodes. Die-cut configurations including regular slotted cartons, full-overlap, half-slotted, and custom tray and lid formats are produced based on the customer's packing and automated erection line requirements.

Structural design, prototype samples, and compression test reports are provided before commercial production to confirm that the specified carton meets the customer's transit and storage performance requirements.
