Custom printed pouches are pre-made flexible packaging formats produced in the customer's specified pouch structure with brand graphics applied directly to the laminate surface, delivering shelf-ready packaging that integrates barrier performance and brand identity in a single finished component. Laminate structures are recommended based on the customer's product type, barrier requirements, filling process, and retail or distribution conditions — covering the full range from standard plastic-to-plastic constructions to high-barrier laminates, with the appropriate structure always determined by the application.

Printing is executed using flexographic or gravure processes up to ten colors, with Pantone-matched targets and consistent color reproduction across production runs. Pre-production color proofs and press approvals are provided to confirm graphic accuracy before full production begins, minimizing the risk of quality deviations in commercial quantities.

All standard pouch formats — including three-side seal, four-side seal, stand-up, zipper, and spout configurations — are available as custom printed pouches. Optional features such as tear notches, hang holes, valves, and matte or gloss surface finishes can be incorporated based on the customer's packaging design.

Lead times, minimum order quantities, and production scheduling are agreed at the quotation stage to align with the customer's product launch and replenishment requirements.
