Single blister packs provide a transparent thermoformed plastic cavity heat-sealed or mechanically bonded to a printed card or foil backing, creating a tamper-evident, product-displaying retail packaging format for consumer goods, hardware, pharmaceutical, and personal care products that benefit from visible product presentation while requiring secure enclosure. Material — typically PET or PP — is selected based on the clarity, rigidity, chemical compatibility, and sealing process requirements of the specific product and application.

PET provides superior optical clarity and higher rigidity, making it the preferred material for premium retail blister packs where crystal-clear product visibility and a premium shelf presence are the primary requirements. PP offers greater flexibility and chemical resistance, and is preferred for applications involving contact with oils, solvents, or products that may react with polyester.

Cavity dimensions, wall thickness, and flange width are specified to the customer's product dimensions and backing card or foil specifications, with forming parameters optimized to maintain consistent wall thickness and minimize corner thinning throughout the cavity profile. Sealing compatibility with standard heat-seal blister card materials is validated before production approval.

Custom tooling is developed for each cavity profile. Anti-fog and anti-static surface treatments are available for specific applications. All materials are available with food-contact compliance documentation where required.
