PE mono-material packaging is an all-polyethylene flexible packaging structure engineered for compatibility with polyethylene film recycling infrastructure, providing a fully recyclable flexible packaging option for applications where a PE-based laminate can meet the required barrier and mechanical performance criteria. The construction integrates a vacuum-metallized barrier layer to provide meaningful protection without introducing dissimilar polymer families — the specific structure is specified based on the barrier level, converting requirements, and target recyclability standard.

The vacuum-metallized layer is applied with precision to ensure consistent barrier coverage across the full roll width, delivering oxygen and water vapor transmission rates suitable for snack food, confectionery, and dry ingredient packaging with standard ambient shelf-life requirements. The outer layer provides the surface quality and dimensional stability needed for reliable printing and converting on standard flexible packaging equipment.

The inner heat-seal layer provides reliable closure performance on FFS and pre-made pouch filling lines.
