Three-side seal spout pouches provide a compact, controlled dispensing format for liquid and semi-liquid products, combining a flat three-side seal pouch body with an integrated resealable spout fitment positioned at the top center of the package. Laminate structures are specified based on the product's barrier requirement, filling process, and shelf-life target — transparent constructions are available for moderate-barrier applications, while full-barrier foil laminates are used for oxygen-sensitive liquids requiring extended ambient shelf life or retort processing.

The spout is heat-sealed into the pouch at the top seal during manufacturing and individually leak-tested to confirm fitment integrity before dispatch. The flat pouch body provides efficient filling on rotary or linear spout-pouch filling lines, with consistent pouch dimensions ensuring reliable fitment alignment through the filling and capping process.

Spout neck diameter, cap style, and pouch dimensions are available in configurations matched to standard spout-filling equipment. Custom print and transparent window options are available to support brand differentiation at retail.
