Three-side seal stand-up spout pouches combine the upright retail display benefits of a stand-up format with the controlled dispensing convenience of an integrated resealable spout, providing a premium packaging solution for liquid, puree, and semi-liquid products sold through retail channels. Laminate structures are specified based on the product's barrier level, filling process, and shelf-life requirements — both transparent and full-barrier foil constructions are available, with or without retort compatibility depending on the application.

The bottom gusset is formed and sealed to ensure stable upright standing across the full fill weight range, providing reliable shelf display without secondary support. The spout fitment is integrated at the top of the pouch and individually leak-tested during production, ensuring dispensing reliability throughout the product's shelf life and after repeated opening and resealing.

Spout specifications, pouch dimensions, gusset depth, and optional features such as hang holes or tear notches are confirmed during the design and pre-production process to ensure compatibility with the customer's filling and retail requirements.
